9/11 Interfaith Service

September 11, 2019 Alpharetta Free

Eighteen years have passed since the September 11th attacks in which 2,977 individuals lost their lives in New York’s Twin Towers, on the planes and at the Pentagon. In the aftermath of that that day, many first responders have succumbed to illness, and many members of the military have been killed in battles waged in response to the assault by Al Qaeda terrorists acting in the name of the Islamic faith and desecrating the Divine name.  Each of us from every faith and every background must come together to remember those murdered, recognize the heroism of first responders, and rededicate ourselves to repairing the world.

Please join us at Gesher L’ Torah for our Interfaith Remembrance of 9/11.
