Lilmode, Adult Jewish Education at Congregation Etz Chaim is honored to welcome well known artist Mordechai Rosenstein to discuss and exhibit his Jewish Art. Rosenstein creates art using vibrant colors and flowing lines that transform the art of Hebrew calligraphy. His unique art can be found in homes, synagogues and building around the world. Synagogues all over the United States have requested Rosenstein to create their stained-glass windows, Ark doors, Torah mantles and memorial and builders walls.

Thursday, April 26, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Paint Night & Dessert Reception- Rosenstein will teach participants how to create their own piece of art work using his unique calligraphy. During the demonstration, all are welcome to browse his selection while enjoying wine and desserts.

Shabbat Services and Artist in Residence Presentation on the D’var Torah

Breakfast & Scholar Presentation- “Art Becomes Me”. Rosenstein will share a powerful slide show and stories about artwork created for families, organizations, synagogues, and even celebrities such as past presidents the Bushes and Clintons. Followed by a Q &A.
