Krav Maga and Self Defense at Or VeShalom

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) that consists of a wide combination of techniques that include judo, boxing and wrestling along with realistic fight training. Long-time OVS member,  Jeff Wasileski, a judo black belt  for over  50 years, plus a brown belt ninja for 30 years, will be giving a multi-week course on Krav Maga and Self Defense,  Wednesdays at 7 pm,  May 3rd – June 28th (no class Wednesday, 5/31)$10 registration fee.
