The High Holy Day season truly begins with the evening of Selichot. As we prepare to begin the New Year, Selichot provides a reflective and spiritual setting in which to contemplate the ways we elected to live the year that is ending, as well as to cultivate new ideas about life and possibilities for the year ahead. This year, Selichot will give us the opportunity to rededicate and return to our beloved sanctuary after the completed renovations.
Arrive at 7:30 for a dessert reception, hosted by Brotherhood and Women of Sinai, and the opportunity to tour the new spaces of the building. The reception will be followed by a re-dedication of the Sanctuary and then the Selichot ritual and service, followed by a Havdalah service.+ More... - Less...
