Vegetable cooking. The Marcus Jewish Community Center, 5342 Tilly Mill Road, Dunwoody, hosts chefs Nathalie Dupree and Cynthia Graubart, authors of “Mastering the Art of Southern Vegetables,” for two Page From the Book Festival events: a master cooking class at 3 p.m. and an author talk and signing at 7:30 p.m. Admission to both events, including a copy of the cookbook, is $65 for JCC members and $80 for nonmembers.
